Below, is the official CharlOz registration form. We ask that each guest fills this out to the best of their ability.
Hotel Information
CharlOz is partnering with Double Tree by Hilton City Charlotte Center to provide a convenient booking option for any guests who might need it. Below, is the link for guests to book in the CharlOz block and receive a group rate.

Reservation Cutoff Date: 8/26/24
Reservations can also be made by calling the Hotel Front Desk directly at (704) 335-5400 Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.
When calling in to make reservations guests must identify themselves as members of the CharlOz event.
