The CharlOz℠ festival begins on September 26, with “No Rest for the Wicked,” headlined by Gregory Maguire, author of the New York Times bestseller turned Broadway hit “Wicked,” and available by tickets available directly from Blumenthal Arts.
Then, explore how L. Frank Baum’s fairy tale timelessly reflects American values with its vast array of characters through a variety of experiences including:
- Register for exhibits at the Projective Eye Gallery (Uptown) & the Popp Martin Student Union
- Register for gaming and virtual reality experiences, hands-on creative opportunities, and discussions led by Oz experts from around the country in the UNC Charlotte’s J. Murrey Atkins Library
- Register for author talks and family activities at ImaginOn in Uptown
- Register for the unique presentations at The Dubois Center
